Terms of Service

TryOnThat is a browser extension that shows you roughly how clothes, shoes, glasses and other things you wear would look on you, using a photo you add and the store’s own product images. It works on Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, H&M.

It is a good impression, not a measurement. The images are made by an AI model and will sometimes get things wrong: colour, drape, proportion, how a fabric falls, how it fits your actual body. Do not use them to choose your size, and do not treat them as a picture of what will arrive. Check the store’s own sizing and returns policy before you buy.

You must be 18 or older. One account per person, and the details you give must be accurate. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

This is the part we ask you to take seriously.

• Upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has knowingly agreed to it.
• Never upload a photo of a child, for any reason, including your own.
• Do not upload photos of anyone who has not agreed: not people you know, not public figures, not images taken from social media.
• Do not use the service to make sexual, harassing, defamatory or otherwise unlawful images of anyone.

Breaking these ends your account immediately and without a refund. Where the law requires it, it will also be reported.

One generated image uses one try-on. New accounts get 3 free try-ons, once. Paid plans come with a set number every month.

• Free try-ons do not renew. Once they are used, you need a paid plan to make more.
• Unused paid try-ons do not carry over. Each month starts fresh.
• A failed generation is not charged. If something goes wrong and you get no image, nothing is deducted.
• A result you do not like is charged. Making another is a new try-on, because it costs us the same as the first.
• Looking back at past try-ons is always free.

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record. They are the seller on your receipt, they handle tax, and your card details never reach us. Their terms apply to the payment itself.

• Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. The price is shown before you pay.
• Cancel whenever you like. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• No partial refunds for unused time or unused try-ons.
• If something really went wrong, email support@tryonthat.com. This is a one-person operation, so your email reaches the person who decides.

The first 100 accounts created are founding members. A founding member gets 5 extra try-ons every month on any paid plan, for as long as that subscription lasts. The extra try-ons stop when the subscription does, and nothing is added to the free try-ons.

The offer can be changed or withdrawn for new accounts at any time. Anyone who already has it keeps it.

• Your photo stays yours. You give us permission to use it only to make your try-ons, and for nothing else.
• Product images belong to the stores and brands. They are used here to show you something you are thinking about buying, which is personal use.
• Generated images are for your personal use. Not for advertising, resale, or anything suggesting a brand endorsed them.

TryOnThat has no relationship with Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, H&M or with any brand sold through them. Their names appear here only to say where the extension works. They do not endorse this service, and we do not act for them. Anything you buy is between you and that store.

This is a new product run by one person. It will sometimes be down, and a store changing its website can stop the extension working there until it is fixed. It is provided as it is, with no guarantee of uptime or of any particular result.

As far as the law allows, liability is limited to what you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be signed away.

You can close your account whenever you want, which deletes your photo and your results. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, especially the rules about whose photo you may upload.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and its courts have jurisdiction.

If these terms change in a way that matters, the effective date at the top changes and account holders are emailed. Current plans, for reference: Trial (3 try-ons, once, free), Starter (25 try-ons a month, $9.99), Pro (70 try-ons a month, $14.99).
